I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).

Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide a monthly detailed statement that you can submit to your insurance to seek out-of-network reimbursement directly from your insurance company. Reimbursement percentages vary depending on your insurance carrier.
